We have served as General Partner, Co-General Partner, Managing member of LLCs, Developer, Construction Manager, Property Manager, etc. We have closed and completed construction (some still underway) on over 1300 units since 2006; totaling over $385 million in total development costs. Many of these were public housing sites slated for redevelopment. We bring an elevated level of experience and expertise than other private developers because we have the familiarity, knowledge and experience that comes from being an affiliate of a Public Housing Authority. In addition, by partnering with us, we bring RAD development experience, along with a wide range of experience with other funding programs to your HA which will enable you to access additional funding sources in the future. We have substantial experience in the utilization of all available Public Housing funds allowed under RAD.
